I contacted Joe at 4 PM one evening to see if he could print a prototype of a screw I’m looking to have manufactured. Over the phone, Joe said he could definitely print it—just email him the files. By 5 PM, he texted me saying the file was already printing and would be done in about 20 minutes!

I connected with Joe for couple of replacement parts to be made by 3D printer for one of my kitchen appliance (the company do not make the parts and is not US based). Joe did an incredible job with lots of patience. He shared the 3D images first then a Demo copy to review before proving us the final product.
